§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://noclegistadion.pl
   and applies from May 25, 2018.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter “GDPR”), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – inquiry about filling out a survey or answering several questions concerning the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of granting consent, it is voluntary and given by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the consent.
3. If a person has given consent for data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period, information about who, when and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., performance of a contract, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.) The processing period depends on the possibility to establish, pursue, or defend claims or if retention of data is required due to tax regulations.

5. Every person whose data is processed has the right to access personal data, correct, delete or restrict its processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

7. Visitors of the Website can fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an e-mail address or/and phone number for automatic contact purposes.
8. Visitors of the Website may consent to our carrying out advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on the e-mail address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and IT system maintenance companies with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include rules of data processing and confidentiality. This data is not disclosed, and none of these companies has the right to process the data otherwise than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to them, may be processed solely for the purpose of proper service provision.

1. Cookies are sent to web browsers and then stored in the memory of devices and read by the server each time it connects to the Website.
