Conditions for staying with pets
1. Introduction
- 1.1. These regulations define the rules for staying with animals at the Noclegi Stadion property.
- 1.2. Booking a stay with an animal and signing these regulations are equivalent to accepting them.
- 1.3. The property allows only domestic pets (e.g., dogs, cats, small domestic animals) after prior notification at the time of booking.
- 1.4. The property may refuse to accept an animal if there was no prior notification, if the regulations are not accepted and signed, if the required documents are missing, or if the animal poses a threat to other guests.
2. Fees and Conditions for Staying with Animals
- 2.1. A fee is charged for each animal at a rate of PLN 50 per night
(PLN 50 for 1 animal / 1 night). - 2.2. The property may charge a refundable deposit or impose an additional cleaning fee in the event of non-standard soiling or the need to neutralize an odor in the room (in accordance with the property’s price list).
- 2.3. Animals must be healthy, free from parasites, and have up-to-date protective vaccinations (at the staff’s request, the guest provides proof of vaccination).
- 2.4. In the shared areas of the property:
a) dogs must be kept on a leash or in a crate, and large dogs—also in a muzzle,
b) cats and other animals must be carried in carriers/cages. - 2.5. It is forbidden to bring animals into areas designated by the property as excluded (e.g., staff/technical rooms, dining areas—if applicable).
- 2.6. A maximum of 2 animals may stay in one room, after prior agreement with the property. (unless the property provides written consent for a larger number).
3. Obligations of the Pet Owner
- 3.1. The owner exercises constant supervision over the animal and is responsible for its behavior.
- 3.2. The owner is required to:
a) keep the premises clean and clean up after the animal on the property and in its surroundings,
b) provide the animals with appropriate hygienic and sanitary conditions,
c) provide the animal with a sleeping place/protective mat (the animal should not stay on the bed/bed linen without protection). - 3.3. Hotel guests are required to leave their phone number with the Property for the duration of their stay, in case contact is necessary by the Property’s staff in a situation where the animal is troublesome or poses a threat to the safety of other people, while the animal is kept in the room, during the Guest’s absence.
- 3.4. The animal may not disturb the peace of other guests (barking, howling, aggression, damage). In the event of complaints, the property may demand the immediate removal of the animal from the property, and in extreme cases—termination of the stay.
4. Liability for Damage
- 4.1. The owner bears full material liability for damage caused by the animal in the room, in shared areas, and on the property grounds, as well as for damage to third parties.
- 4.2. If damage is found, the property has the right to charge the guest the costs of repairs, cleaning, odor neutralization, or replacement of damaged property.
5. Property’s Liability
- 5.1 The property is not responsible for the health and safety of animals left unattended or for incidents and illnesses of animals resulting from the guest’s failure to comply with the regulations.
5.2. The guest is responsible for securing the animal and property in the room (e.g., crate/carrier, keeping the doors closed).
